Welcome to the juice family - we are so glad you've made the investment to receive a recurring juice subscription! Sticking to a juice ritual every week is a great habit for your health and happiness and we make it easy by delivering straight to your door. Let's jump into the details of your subscription + how to make edits/changes to your weekly delivery.

Subscription 101


Your Subscription Email

Upon checkout, you will receive an email with the subject line, "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Alchemy Juice." This email will contain a link to your custom ordering portal. To access that link, click "manage subscription."

IMPORTANT: Please save that link to your dashboard or somewhere you can easily access it.

Once Inside Your Custom Ordering Portal, You Can:

Add and Cancel Products


Edit Your Delivery Schedule


Update Your Address


View Your Ordering History


Update Billing Information


Manage Your Subscription


Please note that where it says "next shipment" and the date, that date is actually your charge date. 


*Orders that are charged Tuesday - Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders charged Saturday - Monday will be delivered the following Thursday. By receiving your order, it tells us exactly how much to prep and produce on our next production day.

When to Expect Your Juice Delivery

Monday Delivery


Orders placed Tuesday-Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.

Thursday Delivery


Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be delivered the following Thursday.



How to Add a Juice To Your Subscription

Visit your custom ordering portal via the link sent to you when you set up your subscription, and from there, click "add product" in the upper right corner.

From there, you can simply add the product you would like, how often you would like to receive it, what size variety, and choose your charge date. Remember, orders charged Saturday - Monday will be delivered on Thursday and orders charged Tuesday - Friday will be delivered on Monday.

How to Cancel a Juice In Your Subscription

Log into your custom ordering portal from the email sent to you after your purchase (see Subscription 101 above). Click "Manage Subscription." Once you've selected your subscription product, navigate to the "Cancel Subscription" button on the left side of your screen. 


It's as easy as that! Your juice subscription for that product will be cancelled (you will not cancel the entire order).

How to Skip a Subscription

Visit your custom ordering portal via the link sent to you when you set up your subscription, and from there, click "delivery schedule" in the header options.

From there, you can simply click "skip" for the weeks you will be out of town or not home to receive your order.
