Gluten-free | Dairy-free (if using Alchemy Nut Mylk and dairy-free white chocolate)

Ingredients (2 servings):

• 2 cups mylk (Alchemy Nut Mylk recommended)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (use 2 tsp if using normal milk)
• 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil (must be food-grade)
• 1 bar of white chocolate (approx. 1 cup, use dairy-free if needed)
• 2 tbsp Alchemy Energizing Matcha
• 6 oz water (for whisking matcha)

Steps:

1. Combine the milk, vanilla, peppermint essential oil, and white chocolate in a pan. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring, until the white chocolate is fully melted.
2. Whisk 2 tbsp of Alchemy Energizing Matcha with 6 oz of water until smooth.
3. Pour the whisked matcha over the heated milk mixture.
4. Top with frothed milk and enjoy immediately!
